Bad Day Ruined my Griot DA

Update: I called Griot and they are going to credit me for the new Buffer! I told them the truth and they stood behind the product! I am impressed with this customer service. Rather rare today.

A long time ago. They came out with better versions of both polishers. Both are built much better than the early models, have removable backing plates, offer 2 cord length choices, and have lifetime warranties. My first 6 inch machine was a lemon. I was running it very hard for hours and it rattled apart. Autogeek stood behind it 100%, and the replacement has been tough as nails. For the price it cant be beat.
