If you have windows there new movie maker is great and really easy to use. You could edit the video make it shorter add descriptions ect. I know if I was looking for a detailer I wouldn't want to watch a video that was longer then 2 minutes long.

What if you make a video with still pictures of before and after and do a full walk around video before and after. It would get the point across without being to long. If your videos are to long you could lose the viewers interest in the video

You are the first to say anything to me about the length of the videos. I have heard nothing but good things about them. People seem to stay interested and entertained watching them. Not sure what youre trying to get at, but they are working very well for their intended purpose.
 
Nice work on your details, I agree the video is alright but the pictures are quicker to look and see the main differences on some of the details that I have seen from you. Just my .02 cents but great work!
