So it sounds like some of my items will be back ordered after all. After 24 hours you would think I would receive an email notifying me of an out of stock situation. I have received nothing besides my order confirmation and when I click on the check your order status there is no shipping info whatsoever and it still shows my items are in stock.

Disappointing first purchase experience so far.

Hi Dwayne. I sent a PM to John but thought I'd share it with you, also. Sort of in the same situation as Pfix regarding my order which was placed last week with only an order confirmation received but no shipping confirmation to reflect it's status. For some reason, the live chat doesn't help because no one is there to help customers, and the links on the contact page do not work according to Yahoo. I can PM you my order number also if that helps.

Problem Solved. I received a call from John this morning and he resolved my issues beyond my expectations. I will receive my order on Monday thanks to John sending the order Second Day Air. I received another call from John this afternoon to inform me that an item that was out of stock had just arrived and he was sending it out Second Day Air as well.

For me, the true measure of a company is how they deal with problem situations. Autopia Car Care went above and beyond for me today.

I appreciate their efforts and look forward to doing business with Autopia Car Care in the future.
