Engine, Headlights and Rust Spot

My niece brought her car over today so I could change the oil for her and when I opened the hood I discovered a very dirty engine. She also had some foggy headlights and a nice rust spot from a license plate she had on the front. I detailed the engine, used Plast-x on the headlights and medium cut cleaner on the rust spot. I gave up on the rust spot when she told me she was putting another plate on the front. It was very hot and I was tired of sweating.
