drying with s&g

This is more of a aggrevation on my part. As i dry using s&g as a aid, im finding when my ww or mf gets to wet and i need to wring it out i see all of s&g ive wiped of the surface being dumped on the ground, so i tried going to a wet part of the vehical and wring it out there but it just runs off. I just feel like im wasting more product than i should be. Anyway i guess its going to happen.
 
Sounds like you are using way to much product,(good for Steve! LOL) but it just takes a light misting to do the trick, I can dry off my whole Suburban without wringing out my ww towel, this is with the S&G.
 
Sounds like you are spraying it awful heavy as a drying aid if you are wringing S&G out of the towel. Just my opinion - when I use something as a drying aid, I am pretty stingy with it. Just a spritz or two on a panel.

Easier said than done. I keep telling myself just one spritz.......... Then I look at my pretty black paint and it keeps saying "More, more".
 
Yea just a very very very light mist is all you need it should not be running off the finish at all just a spritz or two per panel i can almost dry off my entire f 150 with one ww towel and s+g

I can dry my vehicle with only one towel also if I wring it out enough times but always wind up using two.

That's funny it takes me 3-4 to dry mine. Could be your water is not as wet as mine. I have hard well water here so spotting is a big factor in the final product. I also never wring the towel out when saturated I grab a new dry one. Let them air dry and see a green drip from the S&G after hanging up to dry. I guess it's a good thing if you are selling product but I don't think I would try recycling any of the run off. :inspector:

Shawn I have the same problem here, I just use 1 spray (mist) per panel and still see lots of product in the WW towel. :howdy

I dont ever wring them out either and there is never enoight water in there so i van actually see a drip hmmm we gotta get to the bottom of this one:hmmm:

Yes, we are blessed with dry water here...:notme:, makes it a breeze to dry your vehicle.

Seriously......I do only use one towel, most of the water runs off after a nice flooding of the paint surface.
