King of Pop is gone.

Being as much a music lover as I am he was cutting edge in his day, and changed the direction of lots of artists.

Young man to die so early!
 
What about Farrah Fawcett? She is gone also.

I am saddened by his death. Its just too bad he went nuts and hasnt done anything with music in like 15 years.

Caught me! You raise an excellent point for which I have no rebuttal. I am a frail human being. My character flaw is that I absolutely detest child molesters.

I was a police officer in my twenties and thirties. I turn sixty this year. I still wake up in a cold sweat with nightmares from the horrific child molestation (a emphemism for torture) that I witnessed while in law enforcement.

I hold a terrible hatred for someone who, regardless of any court proceedings, admittedly sleeps with young boys, then pays off parents when things apparently turn ugly. I'm surprised that some father did not publicly castrate him.

So, I can't agure with you, Mr Clean. Not exactly in the spirit of Christianity, is it? I'm working on it.

If it was my kid, he would of been castrated years ago.
 
I found your "joke" in poor taste. I am in no position to judge your Christianity (nor do I wish to). I did find the two posts to be in conflict with each other, and that was my only point.

I certainly don't condone child molesters, but AFAIK no one (other than those who were "there") knows he was one. IMO he was a very odd person, but then there are those who probably consider me odd as well. Unfortunately I wasn't gifted with similar musical/performance talents.
 
he was a sick little man .. he made some great music in his day but sleep over's with little boys and jesus juice is not okay ... he should have been locked up years ago but it looks like justice has been served ... i hope he got right with the lord before his passing ..
 
I can't and will not condone what MJ did in his private life, these actions are being carried out all over the world, he just happened to have a spot light on him 24/7. It was an unforgivable action on his part IMO

But if you look at celebrates in general they are just people that have their lives in the public's eyes 24/7..that's the draw back, it dosen't make it right just publicized is all

That said as an artist, you have to admire him for that! He changed the direction of music!

Thriller is still the most download alum on the net even today!!

How many here can say that that haven't tried the moon walk!:rofl
