I know we gripe about ceo salaries but I still think entertainment celebrities and sports people (on the field and in the media) are way overpaid. Madonna paid $70 Mil to get rid of her husband. This puts many CEO salaries in perspective.

They will keep getting paid those kind of dollars because folks keep paying to go see them do what they do. If no one was going to NBA, NFL, etc games, I doubt there would be much calling for a multi-million dollar payday to play a game.
 
He has an abandoned mansion near here - they used to have pics up on illicitohio.com but laywers for the people that own it now asked them to take it down. It was weird -the guy just went right up to it - and in. There were no guards no one there at all nothing. 10000 sq foot mansion..lol..

I have wondered about that too. If you went out an bought homes, you could sell them if times got rough and while you may not get 100% back what you paid for them, you would think you would get atleast 80% back??? Where else can you blow $300 million in a decade?

Based upon how quickly he went through 300 million, the few million he would make on a book would only last a month or so. That is assuming he did not learn his lesson which knowing him is probably pretty safe to assum.
 
He was never the brightest bulb in the bunch..I think a lot of people he trusted took a crap load of his money..and let him buy stuff he didn't need.
