Klasse AIO - Hand or machine?

I always use it with a PC. No question in my mind that when discussing polishes whether chemical or abrasive you will get better results using a machine verses hand. AIO is a great chemical cleaner, one of my favorites (I also like Meguiar's ColorX). It offers some protection but it is limited and isn't considered the best choice as a finishing product. AIO is a good product to use with just about any finishing product not just SG. I would recommend following it with a top coat of the product of your choice, wax or sealant. SG is also a nice product though a little finicky to work with. It leaves very good protection and a good (maybe a little plastic like) shine. You can get several months protection out of the AIO/SG duo.

Plus one!...a machine would be better but by hand the AIO works pretty good..this also depends on the condition of the paint and your expectations of the results...The AIO is a good cleaner but very limited in protection....top it off!
For me, it would depend on the condition of the paint.
If the paint is oxidized and needs some serious cleaning, then the PC would come out.
If I was just wanting to use it as a cleaner/prep, then I would use it by hand.
Since KAIO should be removed after each panel, it's a little bit of a nuisance to switch from the PC to a MF towel after each panel.
It is so easy to apply and remove KAIO by hand, that the PC almost seems like more effort than it's worth.
It does leave a great looking finish and the thought that it was good protection was one of my reasons for using it in the first place. I figured using it prior to my LSP was helping protect the finish. It seemed to work equally good prior to either a wax or a sealant.
After Jngrbrdman commented on the KAIO lack of durability, I tried it as a stand alone LSP. A month would be stretching it in my experience as far as how long it lasted. I was both surprised and disappointed. It is still a great cleaner/prep, but I wouldn't use it as my LSP.

1) Does KSG react well over Poli-Seal, even if Poli-Seal contains some Karnauba?
2) What would give the best looking result?
a) Nanopolish + KAIO + KSG
b) Poli-Seal + KSG
3) In question 2), does a) justify the large price difference over b)?
4) How durable are the fillers in KAIO + KSG? I'm not talking about how durable is the protection, but the fillers hiding light swirls.
5) What has more cutting power between Nanopolish and Poli-Seal?

1. I have no idea since I have never used KSG. If I were going to use KSG, I would probably use the KAIO as the prep. Simply because you know it will work.
2.
a. I have no idea what "Nanopolish" is or even who makes it. Chances are the results would be good.
b. Probably would look good, but for me, it is an unknown. I have used Pol-Seal and it works great with the LSPs I apply after it, but I don't use KSG.
3. If you are referring to the price difference between KAIO and Poli-Seal it would depend on how well Poli-Seal and KSG work together.
FWIW, since I started using Poli-Seal I have not used my KAIO.
4. My understanding is that neither product has fillers.
5. Poli-Seal is a pretty mild polish. The pad choice and method of application has some effect on it's "cut". As said before, I know nothing about Nanopolish.
Personal opinion.
It appears you already have the KSG so I would use it with the KAIO. It's a proven combination.
If you have marring, you will need to use a polish prior to the KAIO. Since you may also already have the Nanopolish and seem to think it will work for your polishing step, use the KAIO after the Nanopolish to be ready for the KSG.
1. Nanopolish (If it will remove swirls and marring)
2. KAIO
3. KSG
From my understanding, Nanopolish is Menzerna PO106FF.
I didn't buy the Klasse products yet. Should I replace them by Optimum? Is optimum as durable?
The Nanopolish is still an unknown to me, but Menzerna products seem to have a good reputation.
The Klasse twins make a good combination and KSG is considered to be one of the most durable sealants available. I never used it because of its reputation for being somewhat finicky in its use. It works great for some, others have problems removing it. I figured if I avoided it, I also avoided the possibility of a problem.
Repalcing them with another brand, Optimum or otherwise, is pretty much an individual choice. Right now, I am using Optimum Poli-Seal for a cleaner/prep and Optimum Opti-Seal for my LSP on one vehicle. On another, I am using Dura Gloss #501 as a cleaner/prep and DG #105 as the LSP. Two other vehicles have Poli-Seal and Collinite #845, another has Poorboy's Polish with Sealant followed by Meguiar's NXT 2.0. On two friends vehicles, I used Meguiar's #80 followed by Meguiar's NXT 2.0.
As you can see, I don't have a lot of brand loyalty.
So many good products are available that I can't even begin to recommend one as the "best".
It is often said the process = 90%, product = 10%. I truly believe that.
