Not working on dialup

I have been unable to get into the site on my dial up computer at home. I dont know what the problem is, as I can get into all other sites at home. Just wondering if the change over may have done inthe veiwing from home. RANDAL:dcrules

no really..did you try to refresh your browser and delete the old cookie:hmmm: ... look what came out of my mouth:eek: and technology mocks me you know :D
 
I keep the free Juno dial-up as a back-up and that's what I am using for this post.
Seems to work fine other than typical dial-up speed. :wall

The site has been very hit and miss for the past few days so you may have been catching it when it was down.

Is it getting better? Man I hate that. I did all this so people could have better access to the site.

As frustrating as it is to me, I can't imagine how upset you must be.

It will all work out and a few weeks from now, no one will even remember there was any problem.
 
First couldnt get anything to come up. Monday the bar that has home, chatroom photos, new posts comes up. Then "Sorry DC is down for work" or something similar to that. Im on the wireless at my folks right now. Hopefully Ill be able to get in by tommorrow night. Wireless from here wont go to my house 3/4 mile away. I hate messing things on here, I always check here first thing in the morning but have been going to that "other" site if this one Im not able to get to. I sent Angelo message through DB but that isnt the one I was mentioning. I miss this site on my dial up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :dcrules

Randal it's not your dial-up. It's a setting on your computer that is causing the problem. Clearing your temp internet files and cookies should fix the problem.
 
It is not omly on my comouter but also on my mother in laws in town on high speed cable. Only this site. Im on my folks wireless right now with no problems. We cleared the cookies and temp files and did not help. Took computer to town yesterday, picked up wireless, and still couldnt get in here. Both that cant get in here are on VISTA, this one is on XP. Im very computer illiterate, I just hit a few forums and ebay.

I don't think it has anything to do with Vista or XP. I'm very dissapointed that it is taking so long for these issues to "work themselves out". I'm trusting in those words spoken by my programmer. :crazy:
