well on my 01 ranger it has a fairly faded and messy bed liner and we have cleaned it a few times and cant get it back to black and am wondering would any normal trim restorers be good for this liner or would a plastic polish be the way to go ?

anyone on here re-finished and brought back a duraliner bed liner for a pick up ???

You could put a trim product on it but that's going to make it way slippery.....maybe if you applied some and then buff it well...might be the process..I've done a few but natural seems to be the best.

Resurfacing would be the choice!

ok well i bought the mothers back to black and i will be doing a full review on it ASAP when i get the time to also make a video as well .

i think i will do the following process:

rinse
mist diluted APC
scrub
wring out some car wash soap on the top of the APC
scrub again
rinse,dry
apply Back 2 Black with terry towel and rub vigorously (may need 2 coats)
then after buffing excess, use 303 protectant to finish it off .

Reading the ad info leads me to believe it would be a good product for use on a motorcycle seat.

Hmm not sure about that.
I probably would not do it. Although i think they do show it being used for that purpose.
This stuff is kind of like a water based sealant. Reminds me of this concrete sealer I use actually.

well i bought mothers back to black and tried some on the step sills and inside the tailgate and works pretty decent but obviously cannot restore it 100% but this weekend when i get time to do the whole bed ill take more pics
