A planned chat night

I was thinking after Troy blew the dust off of the chat room last night.
What if we were to plan a night where we knew that people were going to be in the chat room.
This is done on a couple of forums I visit and it can be fun.
I was wondering what everyone thinks about it and what might be a good night for it.
