Dodo Juice?

So there is a new wax out called dodo juice. It is made in Europe and seams to be big over seas but here in NA we have heard little to nothing.
I was looking at getting some but it was going to be about 600 bucks to get all 5 waxes (including shipping) so i thought i would see if anyone has used it before i pull the trigger.

So i was wondering if anyone has used it and what there thoughts are?

The actual .net and .com are just redirector link pages. There are some online e-tailers that carry it in the UK. (Apparently the "owners" of Dodo Juice wax are interested in getting distributors in North America.)
As an aside, is it pronounce "doe doe" or "doo doo?"
Something just seems wrong (yet possibly very truthful!) about smearing something called "doodoo" on your car. :eek:

As to the original post, I haven't tried it, and from what sparse stuff I could find on it, I don't think I'll be trying it any time soon. ;)
 
If i recall Dave KG might have this wax, no review....
WOW as far as price(ill pass)....and i thought importing mezerna was bad...
the packaging makes me hesitant, it reminds me of a jar of gel i use to by back in the day....

LOL I was thinking the same thing...I first thought this was a joke...
 
US or Canada $600? I would look around at other vendors... Thats waaay to expensive for all 5 inc courier to Canada (albeit, I don't kno if you'd get stung for taxes your end?).....
 
thats canadian dollars.. not that there is a huge diffrence these days.... and the goverment would take there standard 6% so it would be about a 40 buck duty....
 
try detailing world.com. it's a european or u.k detailing site very similar to this one, they speak of do do juice the way we speak of poorboys products or optimum polish etc. i'm sure they must have a link to it. give it a shot.
 
6% is still alot better than the UK's 17.5 VAT and around 11% import tax. If your a privat buyer you can often skirt under the customs radar but, as a company, they get you from every angle!
 
went to the dodo juice forum and really like the look of the purple haze dodo juice. i converted their sterling to US dollars and it's about 69 bucks a tub. i'm trying to find out what the shipping would cost. i e-mailed them, waiting for reply.

Thats not bad for wax,and its what i was expecting. However when I went to look for shipping it was 120 pounds so its like 200 bucks.
If its any cheaper thenthat please let me know.

calgary i just ordered purple haze dodo juice from autoperfection over in uk, the total was 76 dollars and some change. it will arrive via air mail in 2-3 days. shipping was around 10 dollars.:yay:yay

I wont be ordering for a few days since I just ordered Zymol Jaguar (present for my dad since he has a jag.. little does he know his car only gets concours) and Zymol Titium.. so I'm broke lol..

hey calgary, just gave a short reveiwe of purple haze in the lsp section, deff think it's worth a try.
