Ahh...but I`ve got a plan; the $5.00 I set aside for gambling will no doubt parlay into millions in Vegas, delaying my return to the Great White North indefinitely.

I read a book about gambling and everything; cover jacket of book said "GUARANTEED" and I got it on the Internet so it must be true. Called it the "Rain Man" system; not sure why but it required I purchase underwear at K-Mart in Cincinnati. Eh, whatever works.
 
That definately sounds like a FOOL proof plan to me. Keep us updated on the execution process of those variables. Was that Long underwear, the ones that kind of resemble waffles ?.

I think the catch might be there is no more Kmart in Cincinnati.

I guess my Vegas days are in the past; too much hustling, too many people, too much noise. The condition of one of our suitcases leaving town is emblematic of the 3 chaotic days there.

Airlines somehow managed to tear slider off zipper, hadda cut the thing open.

Spent night at El Tovar, now down to Phoenix and Scottsdale. Barrett Jackson on Saturday.
 
Nice ! Always wanted go to Barret Jackson, good time of year to escape Ohio which has been brutal. I`m headed to Vegas for SEMA this year.
 
Nice today...little chilly tomorrow at BJ but still better than Cleveland. Meeting forum member glfnaz for lunch tomorrow. Must remind him that wife believes a Rupes 15 coats about $50, most coatings are $15 for 50ml and Griots PFM`s are $2 each.

I had no idea you were driving Vegas to Phoenix. I would have told you to swing into Sedona. Did you by any chance do that?
Ok Rupes, about 50 bucks.
Coatings about 10-15 dollars.

Yep, down thru Oak Creek Canyon, stopped in Sedona for a bit...such a nice little town.

Hung out in Tempe tonite wirh brother/family. He has a 2016 Soul Red Mazda3...roof, hood and trunk totally oxidized. I can see why UV protection trumps water behavior out here. Brutal.

Most paint wasn`t too bad at Barrett-Jackson; Was there last night; while some looked bad many looked pretty decent...some were perfect, most around 70-80%.

Fun stuff although it was a little chilly later at night. Got a ride in a Hellcat and a GS Vette, short but they were really pounding and braking hard.

Got a chance to use a BOSS 21 in the Griots tent, really prefer the progressive trigger v. Rupes slow start. Did not feel quite as smooth as Rupes but never used Rupes 21, only 15, so maybe extra throw made it feel like that.

Interesting.

Thanks to forum member Glfnaz for lunch, great guy...perfect start to the day.

Back to Cleveland tonite, land at midnight local time. Was warmer in Cleveland this morning than it was here in Phoenix.

Back to work, couple of new vans to prep/coat this week. Must survive until Spring.
 
Hey you had three days in the mid 70`s! But yes, it got cold last night.
Hope you guys enjoyed Flo`s Chinese. It was a fun lunch.
