What did you do detailing wise today?

Working on cleaning this garage up. Step one. Downsize.

Have a couple loads of laundry as there must be 100 microfiber towels awaiting my attention. I keep a healthy supply for just such occasions of my procrastinating getting them done :)

Over the past few days I cleaned up both cars.

Finally got warm enough to do a proper wash. Removed 3-4 weeks of winter salt/crud. Some things I noticed. The extender wax really has some protection power. Most panels still had strong beading after the wash. Used it again after as a drying aid. The McKess trim restorer still looks great after being bombarded with winter crud. Plastic trim looked great after the wash. 1oz of Blackfire foam booster in my gallon of Hyperwash worked great. Provided great foam in my gun and bucket.

Just ordered this. Worx 20v Hydroshot "pressure washer". Basically, it goes on the end of a hose or draws water from a bucket. I hate the mechanics of using the regular pressure washer. This thing gets pretty good reviews and should speed up the process of washing in the garage - appears to know off much more dirt than a hose based on reviews

Well it was yesterday but I went to coin op after breakfast o rinse off all the salt and sand. Then got home turned up the heat in the garage and went out a hour later to do a rinseless wash with Uber. I forgot hom much I like uber, great smell, cleans well, looks swell.
 
Yep, I like snow. However I do not enjoy the mess made by melting snow. Washed the Dingo and the Ram. Rinseless wash and two bucket wash with Griots red ph balanced soap on both. Wheels cleaned with Meguiars Dub. Speed Master large and small brushes. Dried both vehicles with waffle weave microfiber towel and Meguiars Express wax. Then a light layer of Griots spray wax.

Oh, I also ordered 120 of these towels to give to clients (2each) post detail for 2018
