It is that time of the year where Girl Scout cookies are for sale. Parents work so hard to sell the cookies for them.

Ron, you should know there is more behind the numbers. The economy was in a free fall when Obama took over and had not hit bottom. We are just climbing out of the hole. Obama did one thing he has not been given credit for is by helping prevent a depression. I do not believe a Republican president could do significantly better if they slashed the budget in an austerity binge. Of course, for a fair and balanced view, they only looked for negatives not any positives -- stock market, unemployment, annual deficit (an important trend), the 1% if you are among them, and uninsured health care rate. Cherry picking numbers to prove a misleading statement can be lying.

And I believe the general statement, most are better off.

Sigh...think how the kids would benefit if the parents would just butt out and let them learn how the world works.

I can`t remember the last time a Girl Scout came to the door selling `em...I don`t eat such stuff but I`d buy some just to be supportive (and then donate `em).
