Windshield Coating

You guys have given a lot of GREAT suggestions......

I am torn between the McKee`s (assume every 3 month application) and Optimum Clean & Protect Concentrate (weekly application).

With the McKee`s I would have approximately 4 years of product (assuming 15 applications), but would have to polish and apply every 3 months.

With the Optimum I would have approximately 1 year of product (assuming 3oz per use), should just be a normal wipe down of my windows.

From a financial standpoint, the McKee`s is a no-brainer. From a time standpoint, the Optimum seems to make more sense.

The Optimum clean and protect is more for cleaning and giving an existing coating a little boost. I tried it as a stand alone, it`s not nearly as effective as coating the glass.

In my experience if you keep using it the protection builds up. It definitely is better as a booster but if you only use that on a garage car, it`s sufficient from what I`ve witnessed on my own car.

but with things like gyeon wetcoat etc i find myself more tempted just to use that
