Survey about customer bias

As I have thought about the last points the past few days, my thinking has really evolved from wanting it to just be about me being that guy to it being more `our video`. I mean our as in the guys on the forum who do quality work with a majority of people who don`t understand the resources used and investment in detailing.

the word "detail" can be tricky itself. what is detailing a car? just a wash? wash and wax? do you have to polish it to be considered "detailed"?

now lets add the word "full" to "detail". what is full? my full cup is sometimes half empty. your full cup might be half full.

put the 2 words together "full detail" and holy moly... MIND EXPLOSION. so many variables and ways this could mean to ANYONE.

when someone asks me "how much for a full detail?" i just simply ask them what kind of vehicle it is, what their expectations are and what are they looking to have done.

most of the time when they answer the 1st question of what kind of vehicle it is, you already have an idea of what kind of job it is. soccer mom van? wash/"shampoo". honda accord? wash and wax. nice sports car? probably going to need a 2step/1step
