I`ll hopefully see him tonight and figure it out. It`s got tons of holograms/swirls/rids on the black part.

It`s single stage paint, right? Time to go "old school" on it. Can`t wait to see the results.

Without a meter I`d glaze that. You have no idea what your working with. Sounds like someone already went to town with a rotary.
