How the iPhone 7 should have been introduced

LOL!

I was considering the Note 7 until I realized they were exploding and on recall. Guess it`s another iPhone for me. ;)

hilarious!! what`s sad is that people will line up to waste money on this. "Thank you so much for being brainwashed" :rofl

Wow this is really funny. Not sure if I want to get the note after it`s fixed because apple hasn`t been that good for the past few years. We all know if iPhones exploded you`d go in the apple store for replacement and they would charge you like $90 for a battery and $175 for a new screen lol ( I`m still using a 4s)

Fixed

Cuz the ear buds are $195.00

just like they won`t overhaul MacBooks because instead they push for iPad pros. It`s like a computer, but we will sell the screen, keyboard, pencil, USB adapter, sd card adapter separately! you end up spending more on an iPad than you would a retina MacBook Pro, me, I`d rather get the Microsoft surface, which is a real computer.

I have a gen 1 surface pro, and surface pro 4. Both great a touch low on storage though

Hey Mr. Slick I am with you still using an Iphone 4 or 4S not even sure and dont care its a phone I will get a new one when it breaks (or apple manages to make it completely unusable with software updates).

I like Apple stuff. I`ve got and Apple IPad Pro, and iPhone 6, iPods of differing vintages and my family has pretty much the same (wife has the Apple Watch). We have never had any big problems with any Apple product. Any problem that we have had has been handled by Apple staff rapidly and with courtesy. Before Apple I had a multitude of android products and really never had a problem with any android either. I just like Apple because the sync up and work together. Apple makes their products to last a long time also. My son has an Apple IPad 2 since they came out 4 years ago and it still works great. Apple makes good products that don`t need to be upgraded unless you want the newest thing on the market. Their IOS is getting a little bloated, but other than that I think Apple makes good products and I would recommend them to everyone.

sshhhhhh. They`ll make a software update for it and turn it into a brick

I believe that! i have an old version of Itunes, and everytime it asks me to upgrade i hit the "Quit" button immediately. Now that i think about it, i think it tries to update the ipod as well but i never proceed with it.

I used to love everything they made. I got the iPad 2 and as soon as the 3 came out, I sold the 2 and got the 3. during ownership it was great. The mic went out and they replaced it no problem, the smart covers magnetivity was weak and they gave me a new one no question, last year I took an iPad mini and it wouldn`t connect to the cell towers and wifi connection was awful. they didn`t want to replace it and kept telling me there was nothing wrong with it. I had to work around it and find another employee and I said there was dust under the screen. he said that it would have to be replaced. They finally let me off with a refurb and the connection worked fine. go figure. also they used to replace the cords that break all the time now they don`t do it and what sucks is the new cords break even easier. I think they are trying to save money and cutting corners with customer service. I do want that new apple watch for swimming workouts which means I might get the new iPhone. I use Bluetooth because what`s funny is months ago my headphone jack stopped working, (it was apple training me in prep for the iPhone 7 ) jk.

yeah ironically apple trying to turn the old ones into a pos makes me not want to upgrade, or just get a samsung instead. Because I know what will happen in two years.

I made this I think it`s pretty accurate

I`ve got several Apple devices, and they`ve all done well for me. It`s just as "hip" to hate on them as it is to be a fan-person I suppose.

I love my iPhone 6 and Apple products.

But the cell phone carriers went wacko. When I "upgraded" 2 yrs ago - I paid $199 for the phone and signed a 2 yr contract with ATT.

Then, I proceeded to sell my iPhone 5 on eBay for $200. So, I actually made $1 to upgrade.

Now, ATT (& most cell phone carriers) no longer do this type of "promotion". They basically want to rent or "lease to buy" me an iPhone 7 for like $35 a month for a 30 month agreement.

So, you can check my math here, but before I was paying $199 for a new phone - now I`m paying ($35 X 30mos) $1050 for a new phone.

That means, the price went up over 5 TIMES AS MUCH !!!!

I could outright just BUY the phone from Apple for like $700. But, that`s still over a 300% price increase.

Crazy. My iPhone 6 still works fine and does everything I want it to do. I can`t believe people are signing up for this. Not to mention, I`m already paying ATT over $100 a month for a cellphone plan...

So where is the promotion here? I`m signing an agreement saying I`m going to PAY ATT for 30 mos - and they are going to be kind enough to charge me like an extra $350 for a phone?

I can see if you are some deadbeat or loser with crappy credit - but I have rock solid excellent credit. They know they are going to get their money from me over those 30 mos.

My wife and I ordered the new iPhone 7 and & 7 plus this morning. I dislike the new "leasing" of phones as well as we were always able to get $200-300 for are used phones after 2 years. However, looking at our plan last night we were able to save $50 a month by switching and we got 5 more GB of data. So essentially we are both able to upgrade phones every year for about $18 a month more then what we were paying and we will get $450 for trading our old iPhone 6`s in. Seems like a pretty good deal to me. :)
