(Solved) Reward Points Errors

sometimes I feel bad for Ray with how some of us connect members are serial purchasers, like myself

the fact that he manually has to add them makes me think sometimes he`s sitting at a desk saying to himself "wth is X doing to do with all these products?" haha

I try to be understanding. for instance, yesterday Paul was able to factor in unupdated connect pts and apply a discount, so it all worked out no big deal

I love connect and would pay for it every year..it allows me to try things I normally would never purchase b/c of shipping... and I try to make at least a $50 order just because I remember the days when there used to be free shipping at 50 coupons.

I think I have only placed a few orders under 50.

Agreed! The discount and "free" shipping are what got me to sign up - the upgraded 3-day shipping isn`t even neccesary for me most of the time. Wonder if they could implement a 5-point reward for utilizing standard ground instead?

Morning Ray,

I click on synergy sale banner and started an order for Griots class cleaner and towels. I added my reward points, when I went to check out it said no synergy sale. Do I get my reward points back I used ???

Also I bought a Rupes Polisher ,do, I get double points for Auto-Connect ???

Morning!

The Synergy Sale ended and was taken down this morning but you can call in your order to have it extended. If you didn`t complete the checkout process, then the Rewards Coupon Code can still be used.

Yep, that would qualify for double points.

I checked and I have 278. I did redeem 200 for the synergy order but did not go thru. This would be 478 far from 600 from polisher and what I had before....I feel like my rewards is like the stock market UPS & DOWNS :)

Once you redeem points, it subtracts it from your account in exchange for a coupon code. You have 30 days to use that coupon code until it expires.

Looks like you had more points expire. I`ve added the points and you`re good to go now :)

Ray I went from 512 to 406 last week and I know none of them were expired points as they were all from recent orders
