Beautiful

How is csl to work with?

Really easy, but I can see the average consumer messing it up badly. I had one small blemish I had to touch up between the rear bumper cover and the quarter panel. Polished up easy and no issues with recoating. :)

So not Ron proof

LOL! It`s really easy, but it`s wipe on wipe off...don`t let it sit like some other coatings and don`t do too large of an area either. I also used a few more towels to level then I normally would. As long as you take your time and inspect each area well as your working it`s a piece of cake. ;)

I would toss the (single) applicator they give you in favor of the CarPro block and MF suede.

Re: Rasky's Auto Detailing - High-End Auto Detailing and Premier Coating Installer, Minnesota Metro Area

Looking GREAT !!!!

Lots of real estate there.

How do you like using the nano? I`m starting to rethink having gotten the long neck instead of short.

Thanks!

I love it but I`m noticing the amount of time I`m spending on jobs increasing too! Especially on the Harley! There are things I dislike about it but overall it`s great. :)

What are the dislikes?

Re: Rasky's Auto Detailing - High-End Auto Detailing and Premier Coating Installer, Minnesota Metro Area

Cool. Thanks.

What are the dislikes?

Slow start, non variable speed trigger, and mostly the touchy trigger that has to be fully depressed at all times. If the throttle control of the Nano was like that of pneumatic tools, like the TA50, it would be perfect IMO.

Why do you think you`d be better off with the short version?

Re: Rasky's Auto Detailing - High-End Auto Detailing and Premier Coating Installer, Minnesota Metro Area

Excellent work as always.

Thanks for the reasoning.

I originally got the long neck for areas like the heat exchanger on the front of c7, because of the angle and proximity of the next fin.

Now on Z the air vents on rear quarter, the long neck will not work due to closeness of body/window.

Re: Rasky's Auto Detailing - High-End Auto Detailing and Premier Coating Installer, Minnesota Metro Area

LOL! Long neck problems!

I guess I have found myself having to approach some areas a certain way because the end of the tool is hitting something. Based on pics the short version doesn`t seem "that" much shorter and I wonder if you`d still have issues. I think you will always find and instance where one is better than the other though. :)

I love your car BTW!

Thanks.

It really is funny. I bought the tool for one type of thing and created a different problem elsewhere. Gee, guess I`ll just have to use a section of the 15 and be careful........ (now there`s a unique thought)
