For those of you that have wanted to try out the 3D AAT Combo, but didn't want to commit to the 32oz sized bottles....I've got good news. :D

Both the compound and finishing polish (501 and 502) will be available in 8 oz squeeze bottles.

These are really nice bottles too. Check out the self-cleaning tip included with each bottle.

And for those of you who I can't convince to stop using HD Cut and HD Polish (I can't blame you btw), those two will be available in the same high quality 8oz bottles!

Pricing will be available soon. Check back on the "What's New" page on Autopia, as they'll be available very soon.

AHHHHHHH......FINALLY

That's cool, though. Didn't want to commit to the big sizes at the given cost. Noooo sir.

After you use AAT you will not want to use Cut anymore, I promise you. I can see wanting to keep Adapt around, since it's versatile and at a friendly price point. But the AAT twins are absolute rock stars.

Generally "new and improved"

Yeah, it'd just be nice to know real world differences, if at all noticeable. I do have a 2 oz sample of the Polish+ but have yet to try it out due to weather. Guess I'll be waiting to see until I can polish my car with both, was just curious if anyone else has tried both and had some input.

Any info on the differences between HD Polish and HD Polish+?

From what I have seen the formula was tweaked so that HD Polish+ dusts less. Other than that they are the same. The dusting from HD Polish was one of my biggest complaints everytime I would use it.

i still have the small 2oz sample bottle of 502 but have never compared it vs polish+.... sounds like something i can do this weekend!

How do HD polish and AAT 502 compare?

AAT 502 is more aggressive, easier to wipe off (less swipes), longer working time and cuts faster (less passes per section). I think it's better in every way and one of the best polishes on the market.

Completely agree. The only downside was we were only able to get the AAT Compound in 32 oz bottles for $50. Now we can get the same product in 8oz containers for under $20.

Like Jrock said, I've never personally used the original HD Polish but I guess it's a formula tweak and improvement. Maybe one of the 3D reps can chime in with more info between the two.

Hey Ray are these for rotary use only?

Not specifically but they work amazingly with both. The 502 polish is my favorite of the two on a rotary with its super long working time and Adapt level of cut with a "super finish".

That must've been on of the changes because I've only noticed very very little dusting with HD Polish+. But then again I should be more vigilant on cleaning my pads on the fly.

If you can, try comparing the two on a black panel with duplicate setups. Start with only two passes of each to see if 502 gets better results with less passes. Looking forward to your results!

Had to break out the AAT combo last weekend on a blue Lexus IS F. The result was simply amazing - the customer and myself were very pleased to say the least!

Thanks for the heads up ! This sounds GREAT.
I tried the sample of 501 I was blown away by how black the orange pad was after just a few passes,
502 has got to be as good...( found my sample 502 I'm tryin' it )
