I know I buy too much from PBMG when I send my wife an address to Google Maps and without a second thought she knows exactly where I'm talking about. But now I have another incentive for driving, I'll be only 20 mins from Autopia while down there and may "need" something. Wonder if I can stop in...

we are less than an hour south of them and you are always welcome to visit :)

I wish I was there for detail fest but I'll few a months later. We're just trying to figure a schedule out already since we already have several days already booked up with either meeting up with people or scoping out housing areas. So I was just trying to throw in a little detour.

I may do that one those day. We'll be heading towards Miami and doing a lunch/dinner with someone probably around Ft. Lauderdale. So I'd have to see where on the route that'd be.

If you leave Friday, drive straight thru, you can make DF, then drive back (straight thru) you can make it to be back at work

I've done that before but it was only to NC for a night and it sucked. The going down part is easy, but once you realize you have to start driving back it gets even longer, especially when it was 70 and sunny there and 40's with rain here..
 
How far in advance do they release the detail fest dates..im wanting to attend next year and have to request off as early as possible to ensure i get approved.

6 months ahead...more or less?

Thats good bc thw only bad thing about my job is its kind of like a call center environment and i work a split shift so getting a friday and saturday off in say march (spring break time) have to be requested a good deal in advance..plus my crazy self wants to drive there

Build a barge and float car across gulf, we can drive the rest of the way.
 
Need to resist temptation to do anything more to exterior of car before df.

Firing up my McCulloch steamer as we speak. daily driver needs interior detail bad.

What does your inside need? Id figure the vette stays pretty mint in there

A whole 2 seats and all

We are 40-50 minutes south .. right off 95 ... call it the last detailing stop :D
