I've been looking at the MC1385. Amazon just jumped the price back up to 199 from 176 though so, guess I should have ordered it last night.

I used it on my floors, bathrooms, windows/seals, you name it! spider webs beware of that extension wand!! haha

distilled water is $1 gallon and steam sanitizes... take that Clorox!

How often do you have to refill? That's a big reason I wanted the larger tank, I hate refilling and I'll use that all over the house.

I can go about 25 mins continuous or 45-an hour with stopping in between to grab something here and there

I've only plum ran out ONCE and that was working on a horrid Prius' interior

BUT you definitely have to wait at least 10-15 mins to refill because the steam bubbles still come out from the fill point long after the unit is turned off--- ouch!

Good, means mine should go longer.

Called Amazon and told them how I added it last night and today it was 199, they're dropping it back to 176.26 for me. :)

That was very nice of them to drop it down for you, i've always had great customer service from them. I got the 1385 and no issues so far, can do a whole interior(not too trashed) and have water leftover in tank. was doing an engine the other day and used it a lot, tank still has water in it.

Note: when you press the trigger ,it will spit water out for a few seconds, so aim it straight into a towel or area you don't mind getting water on and then the steam will come out. It has a lock button so you can just leave it on without having to hold the trigger down the whole time which is great while using the triangle tool with a towel wrapped around it for interior cloth.

Not that I had any issues with them before but I have a lot easier experience with their customer service now that I'm a Prime member. Could just be me or a timing deal though, I've been a Prime member for a few years now.

Thanks for the heads up, it's supposed to arrive tomorrow and I might have to play with it a bit in the house.
