Problem with order

Has anyone else had problems with receiving their recent order? I placed an order Mon. 11/30 and I have yet to receive any type of shipping information. Called twice on two different occasions and seperate days, and was told it was packed and being shipped that day. C'mon guys, you are better than that.
 
black friday weekend was pretty hectic for them, just PM ray with any issues and he resolves them very quick

edit: on side note, i had a very small order the other week and they used UPS instead of the normal fedex. and the UPS tracking number didnt get put on my order but it was shipped the same day.

I figured it was. I just hate being told one thing and it not happen. Just be truthful with me.

Same here, I tried to contact Ray but his inbox is full

Every time I try to call they send me to his voicemail.
Mine hasn't either,placed on 11/29.I hope my items don't suddenly become back ordered.

Ok, glad I am not alone. That is what I am afraid of also. I can't have that happen, this order was for all my stock stuff.
 
I think the bigger question is, "Does connect orders take priority over other orders?" If so, I will be buying somewhere else.
 
My connect order was delayed as well. Ordered over the weekend, got confirmation on Monday, didn't get charged until Wednesday, and it shipped yesterday. To their credit, they did ship it overnight for me, but still didn't get it in the 3 days as promised with the connect membership. I'm not complaining though because it's very understandable that with a sale like that over the weekend after thanksgiving can easily overload a company. I got a hell of a deal on the items I ordered, waiting an extra couple days isn't going to hurt.

it didn't help that the gallon of BDX got back ordered, but then again, one hell of a price and I'm not surprised they sold out of their stock.

A lot of things could have happened. Inbox has some room now. PM me your order number and I'll check it out.

Yep! If its too late in the day and FedEx has already left, we'll ship out orders UPS as needed but we won't have tracking until the next day. This is just something to keep in mind. In the future we'll have this automated.

Nope. We've heard testimony in this thread alone that both Connect and non-Connect orders were delayed due to the shear quantity of orders we received this weekend. So you can toss that conspiracy out the window lol. In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if you heard that other branches of PBMG had delays as well. But I will say that the delays are not from anyone here slacking. We've worked long hours every day including Sunday to get every order out ASAP. Whether its Black Friday weekend or a random weekday in February, if you have a time sensitive order with products or tools that you need ASAP; I would recommend adding a note to the order or sending me a PM or placing the order over the phone and request that the order ships out ASAP.

Yep there were a few Connect orders that we sent out that missed the 3-Day deadline. We did the best we could with what we had and no expense was spared to get those orders to their shipping address asap. I expedited orders next day air so that even if you didn't get it in 3 days, you would at least get them in 4 or at the very least by the end of the week. If anyone is unhappy with receiving a Connect order late, just let me know.

No problem with Connect orders, just a lot of orders.

Imagine if a billion people went to Miami International Airport and wanted a seat on the plane. All of the planes would fill up and everyone that works at the airport would work as hard as they could to get as many people into flights as possible, but there's a limit. Some people would be stuck waiting just because of the amount of people at the airport. Is there something wrong with the planes? No. Is there something wrong with the airport? Not really. In a perfect world I guess no one would have to wait, but I wouldn't say there's something wrong with it (unless we were talking about the DMV!!)
 
Thanks Ray , i had contacted Paul and he informed me of the situation with the overflow of Orders coming in and the staff working extra hrs., so i totally understand and was just sharing the details of delay for my Order to confirm that Boosting was not the only one in the situation and that it was a more common thing due to the Sales .

At least i know my Order is still with Autopia , and not lost or held by the USPS/Carrier ( like all the stuff i Ordered from Amazon over the same week that shipped on time and got delayed by days, THAT frustrated me ).
 
I placed an order on Sunday the 29th and received it in Utah on Thursday the 3rd. I dind't figure that was too bad given the nature of the circumstance. Anyone who has been involved in retail knows that dispite one's best intentions there are events that there is just no way to adequately staff. Let's face it you can bring in twice the number of employees but the the facility itself has limitiations not to mention that shippers too have their own agenda and inventory can run thin. Gotta think ACC is slammed and doing their darndest to keep things flowing smoothly. I for one would like to say thanks to the ACC Crew.
 
Even my Amazon order got a bit of delay, came in today... the items were completed broken. Whoever packed it did not use enough packing paper to secure it. Ive always had good luck with ACC packing my stuff.

I hear you, I shop a LOT at Amazon, but i'm always nervous when ordering any liquids/products because 9 times out of 10 they arrive busted or with caps not being secured enough(how does that even happen!?). I've never had an issue with Autopia's packaging methods.
 
Half the time Autopia pisses me off with their packaging. What the hell am I supposed to do with all this paper?!?!?!

better then peanuts IMO, those things get everywhere when you have to toss em into the trash can
