Not sure where to post a help/partner wanted ad? Can someone tell me please

Hello everyone, I posted a topic about a week ago about not being able to find good reliable help, and for the last week I've had several clients tell me I need to find someone that may have the same passion as I do, and offer them a partnership or something along those lines.......and with all due respect to Autopia, I'm not sure if I'm even allowed to post something like this here and where I would if I can?

Can someone please tell me if I can and where, I just don't want to get banned or violate anything here by doing so...

That's a slippery slope. I had someone contact me about the idea of a partnership this year and things started out OK then eventually just recently fell through. I never did put anything in writing and wasnt about to just let anyone have half of my business ive worked so hard to start. Honestly, I wouldn't even think to offer someone any share in my company until I fully 100% believe they will be on the same page as me and put as much work in as me. Not just from a detailing standpoint, but a marketing standpoint as well.

I'd keep looking for someone. I don't think you need to make someone a partner to find good help. Find a guy and just be willing to pay him for what he's worth. Or if it's just a second set of hands you need, find someone who can follow instructions. See if you can ignite some passion in them yourself.
 
Here is a word to the wise... The only ship that wont sail is a partnership.

As PP said, find someone who can bring something to the table that you may be needing and INCLUDE him in your businesses successes (bonuses, etc based on performance) but do NOT make anyone a partner.

I am sorry highjack your thread but I am opposite position. What would you for hired help per hour just trying get idea.
 
Thanks everyone for giving me your thoughts on which direction to go, I really didn't want to do the business partner thing, since I've built this business and have taken it from the trunk of my 04 neon srt4 to mobile and shop and have built and awesome list of clientele. I think my search will continue for one dedicated, well paid detailer and a shop hand/beginner/I want to detail for you kinda person :-) as for placing an amount on what to pay someone, that will be decided when I can see the experience and what the person brings to the table. But $13 to $20 an hour plus bonuses.... Not sure on that one yet.
