Best sealant for that deep wet look with some pop

Does HD Poxy or Nitro-Seal have good dirt shedding abilities? For example, anything like Sonax PNS? TIA
 
No sealant I know of compares to PNS's shedding ability...not even most coatings. But PNS is no where near as user friendly, or looks as good as Poxy.
 
WG DGPS is a good one based on what your looking for. But the best deep Nuba look goes to 4*UPP. It seriously is one of the best looking sealants for Nuba lovers. But others last longer.

I have heard that HD poxy is good, but have also heard to many conflicting instances of poor durability. I want to try it for myself some time. Also NitroSeal is supose to be nice as well.


 
Always been impressed with BFWD. Surprised im not seeing more people saying that. Ill have to try poxy sometime. Ive also read the conflicting reports on durability though
 
Some sorta-random thoughts....

Every time somebody talks bout the dirt-shedding of the Sonax (which I've never tried), I think to myself "gee, that's how FK1000P is for me...".

While I absolutely appreciate the Klasse twins (as long as the KSG is heavily layered), I would never say they look "deep" or especially "wet", or...well, especially good. And some really, REALLY, good finishes (burnished/jeweled to the max) are degraded by the use of KAIO (at least IME).

BlackFire's AFPP might qualify here, but it doesn't last long IME, regardless of being a "sealant".

Four Star UPP (still using it on my S8), which is *so* user-friendly, *is* a very wax-like sealant, and it looks great, but it's not as "deep" as BF IME. And it provides virtually *ZERO* protection against etching from bugs/birds. And I could probably just leave out the "virtually" and say it doesn't protect period, it's *that* bad in that particular regard (again, just IME). Gotta be a little careful about what you apply it over top of too.
Eh, if you want that look, you could probably do worse than just waxing it with a paste wax from Collinite.
 
I typically reach for Meguiar's Ultimate Wax. This time around I used Ameriseal and it looks great. I like it a little more for that wet look.
 
Looks like I will give poxy a try although I have used upp before and was pleased with the results. Just didn't want to spend the big bucks for wd without it being awesome. Meguires ultimate might be worth a shot too. Thanks for the info
 
Ok let's switch gears to the top coat of wax - which wax is your go to, again looking for the swim in the finish look. And let me know if the wax works well with a specific sealant.

P21S for me. Doesn't last, but it looks great. My go-to for show prep is 2 coats Klass AIO, then 4 coats Klasse SG, then two coats of P21S.
