Zaino - Z2/Z5 Question

I started with 3 coats of Z-2 on my new car since there was no swirling at all on the paint.



What would be the point of Z-5 now that the paint already has Z-2 on it ? Do I just keep adding Z-2 coats or is there some benefit of using Z-5 as well since it's a darker color ?

Initially I used only Z2 because the marring of my finish was very minimal. Nevertheless, I was not completely satisfied with the depth in which Z2 created on a dark (black) finish. I e-mail Sal and asked him about adding depth to the gloss of dark colors and he stated that most people with black cars use a combination of Z2 and Z5. The combination has really worked for me. If you are satisfied with the depth of your shine and you are swirl-free Z5 would not offer any benefits.
