Zaino Z-whatever glass polish

Brett K gave me a couple ounces of this stuff, and I like it a lot! My dad's Trailblazer had something hazing the window, something that Griot's window cleaner wouldn't get off. Z-toothpaste smell attacked it quickly and removed it completely. It's a gritty abrasive that breaks down VERY quickly by hand, with very little pressure, and then continues to polish the glass. A little goes a long way.

Ha ha, Z-toothpase smell... Nice...

I was very impressed with this product as well, more than I was with the other Z stuff I got. However, I though a little didn't go very far. I started spritzing my applicator with distilled water to keep the polish from drying out so fast.

But the end result was incredible, and it was very easy to use. :bigups

I used Autoglym by hand and wasn't overly impressed. What pad for the PC would you use for maybe better application?

Yellow Foam...works for me with Z glass polish.....but I have been using the white...since the polish itself is yellow and blends in well with the yellow pad....

~One man’s opinion~

This from the CMA website:

If you have a machine polisher, our Glass Polishing Kit contains everything you need to make your car's glass "like new" clear. The kit contains:

3 - Four inch, Velcro backed, glass polishing discs.

1 - 3.875 inch Velcro backing plate with a 5/8 thread for high-speed polishers (Makita 9227, DeWalt 849).

1 - 5/8 to D.A. Adapter. (Allows backing plate to be used on dual action polishers (Porter Cable 7424).

1 - 11 oz. Autoglym Auto Glass Polish.

2 - Power Scrubber Microfiber cleaning cloths.

I’m going to test this system next month, meanwhile Lake County White pad / Autoglym great results thus far.
