Z8 over a nuba?

i know i have heard of it when i first found autopia, but i can't find much by searching. How many people have used Z8 over a nuba between waxing? How long does it last or is it just a waste? any experience good or bad would be great to hear, thanks

I do it all the time and it looks great. I use Z8 every week after washing. It goes well over a sealant and over a nuba.

I do that all the time too, then i got Pinnicle Souveran Spray wax....w00t! Now i keep Z8 for sealants.

I agree with the Pinnicle or other wax type QD's. Try the Meguiars new QD, I'm sure that will do just fine!

imo not long z8 can not bond to the oils in a nuba

Z8 looks great on top of anything, longevity aside, who really cares how long a booster lasts anyhow. Genre of product aside it's the best detailing product available as far as I'm concerned, I bet it would even be better than butter on toast

Z8 has worked very well with carnaubas for me.

Its probably worth noteing what Nuba he has some are not all that oily.



But certantly the days where nuba and sealants dont mix are close to and end in some resepects. I have been sealaing in Nuba finishes like PS with Pptiseal for around 8 months or so now. YOu will get a about 3 months of quality beading (conisistant with OS) and it passes the "squeek" test fine.
