Z5 pro and/or Z2 & pc

Do those of you using Z5 Pro and Z2 apply with the PC. Zaino site seems to suggest no better results then when applied by hand. Thanks

I think PC application lends itself to wasting more product than by hand. I've only applied by hand and have never had an issue...very easy on/off.

I'm a noob still so take this for what its worth, but I found that I can't evenly apply Zaino by hand - the PC makes it nice and even, and quite fast (I also squirted the foam pad with an occasional dose of Z6). Some material is soaked up in the finish pad, but not much. I was able to do 3 coats with less than 2 ounces, and it came off with little effort.

Ive been using zaino and pc for a while and have found it to be extremely efficient. I can do a mid size car with about 1/4oz and get 3 coats out of it. I did my lexus gs300 the other day and got 3 coats from 1/2oz. So pc is definetly a good option. Also the use of a syringe to measure zaino helps out alot. I know exactly how much zaino im gonna use on a certain type of car. Definetly worth a try

My experience has been the opposite . . . I use less Z when I apply by machine, and find it easier to lay down a thin, even coat with the PC. You might give it a try sometime; it's definitely a time/shoulder-saver if you're applying multiple ZFXed coats in the same day.

In my experience, I find I use about 1/3 ounce on my WRX for one layer of Z (using a PC w/4" SFX-3 finishing pad).

YMMV,
