what's EVERYONE'S choice of backing plate (brand & size) for both PC & ROTARY?

PC I have the basic yellow 6" backing plate





rotary i have the edge kit but plan on getting the megs one

Rotary = 6" BP with a 6.5" pad



PC = 5" BP with 5.25 pad

6.5 with 7 pad for polishing/sealing



3.5 with 4 pad for repair work and getting tight spots

Only have some for the PC, well one if you don't include the Edge system adapter.



A LC 3.5 with 4s for correction/small spaces.

Edge system on both. Its nice to take the 6 inch pads directly from the PC to the rotary without having to change backing plates.
