Yelp filtering legit reviews

So someone left me this awesome review on Yelp a few weeks ago:

"My car is 2 years old and he made it look like it just came from the factory . That man can detail like he has OCD. The car is spotless and my leather interior is now brighter . I will definitely come back, but probably won't need to for a while. Outstanding job"

I am constantly checking all the review sites and pulled Yelp up today and this review was gone. ***? So I see a link that says "2 Filtered". I click on it and there's the review, along with another good one I didn't even know I had. Apparently Yelp automatically scans all the reviews and filters them based on some info that is obviously BS because these are both good reviews from customers and there is nothing wrong with them, they are totally legit. And apparently there's no way to have the reviews put back up that get filtered. The worst part is that when it filters a review, it's disregarded in your overall rating.

I was liking Yelp for a while there, but with this BS filter crap, I will not be asking any more customers to put reviews on that site.

They've been doing it for quite a while now. I've had a few of my reviews deleted, not just filtered. There is a lot of reading you can do about the issue, but as always it comes back to the mighty $.

Is Yelp the only review site this is happening with?
