Yellow/brown stains on white car

Quick help needed! got some yellowish/brown stains on white lower panels that I think came from used oil/oil from my tires. and true enough there are greasy stuff on my tire sidewalls. Tried AIO, 3M degreaser and #83 to no effect. What other suggestions before I bust out the rotary and RC.

On this car, there was a TON of yellow along the bottom. This pic is terrible, but you can kind of see it. I hit it with APC+ at 1:10 with a mf scrubber twice, then clayed.



With your use of the degreaser, I'm not certain this will work for you. Good luck getting rid of it--it really does detract from white

the 3M degreaser is also an APC. Anyway I was so distracted and restless that I busted out the rotary. It was off in no time.
