David Fermani said:Every protection contract is different. Some times the manufacturer warranty info is different that what the dealer offers. Some cover acid rain damage, some water beading, some paint delamination, some paint fading. They are all different. Some application centers use a certain product and not it's warrant and end up self insuring themselves because these warranties tend to never be used.
Mr. Picky said:As far as the steel wool, I saw 2 detail shops us the steel wool with a liquid cleaner as a initial clean on leather. Didn't seem right to me, but they swear by it?
