I have 73 XM radio stations that come with my DirecTV package, and I was wondering, do I have to pay extra subscription prices to get that in my car? Can I get it there too because I'm already paying for it on DirecTV? (Obviously I'd have to buy the equipment).

Yes you would have to pay extra for the car subscription.
