That's horrible. Just really, really horrible. I am certainly glad to hear that you are ok but the idiot and the jump to blame the guy in the rear puts you in a bad spot.:( I suppose there are no witnesses or cameras that could prove your case?



Luckily you were in such a high quality car that you could walk away from it. Many people couldn't say that.

Thanks for the warm comments guys. I cant say enough how happy I am to be here at Autopia. Boards like this are raritys now.



Anyway, Geico is going out today to get me a complete estimate on the damages. Im actually hoping its totalled because my dad and I will need the cash to help get us through this lawsuit if it happens. Hopefully the person whos right here will come out on top.



Brad - No witnesses. It is basically my passengers and I vs. her and boyfriend. Its word against word. When you hit someone from the rear in TX it is YOUR fault unless you can prove otherwise.



I will keep yall updated on what happens.
