i just ordered z2 pro, and i was wondering if i topped it with ex and then natty's blue, would the z2's durability be effected? or would it just be pointless?

I don't think it would allow you to get the full enjoyment out of Z2 Pro. Why not just wait until it wears off to try EX and Natty's? Then you would remember what z2 looks like for the next time you consider using it. That's the fun part of detailing, the never-ending search for the perfect combo.
 
I have found *personally* that if I do apply Z2 Pro I dont use any other carnuabas on top for while (meaning 2-3 months) Once you notice that the Z2 Pro's protection is fading a little then go for the nuba. Once you apply a nuba on top of the sealant you will have to strip the surface of remaing nuba in order to apply more sealant layers. So as Porkenbeans said above, basically enjoy the Z2 Pro characteristics for a little bit then add your choice of nuba when you want to change it up.
