Seriously, what do you guys do to protect your hands, fingers before, during and after a good days work????

Being a weekend warrior my hands are not used to all the abuse.

Today I washed the Treg, clay, polish, wax, vacuum, dressed, windows, wheel wells, wheels, tires, lots of small details like every piece of rubber treated. Point is there is a lot of chemicals to get in contact with during the day.

What I have done is to wash my hands and put some lotion on right after on a regular basis. Seems to work. Other than some pain from the little cuts and bruises it's all ok!

Post your thoughts! :up :xyxthumbs

When you plan on *abusing* your hands like you did today, try wearing some latex gloves. I keep a box or two in the garage for whenever I'm doing anything that can potentially tear them up.

Harbor Freight has a few different thicknesses to choose from and at good prices too.

Yes, get a box of disposable rubber gloves. Get them in the correct size, not the "one size fits all" which never do fit.

Here ya go!

Linky no workee.......

Boy do I ever agree with getting the gloves that fit your hands. I got a box of the latex "one size fits all" for free. After trying to use them several times they fit in the trash can quite well! :chuckle:
