Does anyone have any experience with the Deep Gloss Total Concours Kit? I read the sealant does not have the longest life, but looks great. Can it be layered on another LSP?

Thanks!

- Wolfgang Sealant 3.0 is one of the longest lasting sealants on the market, you must be confused with the old version.

- Wolfgang Sealant 3.0 maintains its looks as well as protection for some of the longest time i ever seen a sealant do!

As for photos check my profile as i have done a fair few pics in the CnB part with Wolfgang 3.0!

I read what the search feature brought up, so this would definitely be newer than the threads I searched. How is the application and removal? Did you layer it?

Thanks.

Hi Lead,

Application and removal is very easy, however you may want to dedicated a foam pad to application since its a ***** to remove.

Im suprised you found posts saying 3.0 (which is different to Deep Gloss Paint Sealant) is not durable.

I always do 2 layers to ensure even coverage, many members would say more layers does not mean great durabilty.

Wolfgang 3.0 has not lasted long in my case. In fact, it hasn't lasted any longer than the Zymol I use on my car (use Wolfgangs on my wife's car), and Zymol is supposed to have a short lifespan.:nixweiss

I use and love WG DGS 3.0, I haven't tested it's durability though. I have to many LSP to use so I rotate frequently.

Hmm, i highly suspect there maybe issues with your weather playing a part in this or your gauge for durability! Even the Creme and Carbon will achieve a couple of months if not longer in non humid climates. I presume Southeast is down Florida way? I know David Fermani has had various issues with Zymol in humid climate.

You may possibly get the same issues with Wolfgang Sealant 3.0 (I presume your not talking about other 3.0 products from the same range?) since its a water based product it can drown and become in effective if you expose it to moisture to soon after application.

Sadly you appear to be one of the minority, you should have returned to it to Autogeek i think if you have an issue and they cant help you they offer an exchange?

I am in Alabama - very humid summer months. Inthe summer, I've tried to apply Zymol early a.m. (garage is air conditioned). I will talk to Autogeek though.

I just want something that will resist the protein "stuff" - leaves and pine straw that fall, and they not only take the protection off, but when raining, they stain the white paint in areas like where the tag is, rear bumper, lower sills, etc.
