Wizards Products

A couple of months ago I wrecked my car. While at the dealer I talked with one of the detailers. He told me how great Wizards Products were. I've never heard of them. Does anyone have any experience with any of the Wizards Products?

This thread may help answer your question.

I think he is talking about a different product line. Wizards has body shop safe waxes (no, I don't know how they accomplish this) and a few other products if I remember right.

Wizards Shine Master was very average in the Guru Test and only beaded for 5 weeks.

www.wizardsproducts.com is the website. I heard about them through a customer who had an NHRA C/A Comp Eliminator car that was paint at a shop in Minnesota that included a bottle of the Wizard's wax in the car after painting it.

Nope, WaxWizards is something different. Wizards products are very similar to Race Glaze (the owners of Wizards used to work for Race Glaze).

Do you have any specific questions? I was a distributor for them for a few years. They are right up the road from my house...

Mist n Shine rates pretty highly amongst the Autopias, as does the Water Bandit.

Shine Master is alright, personally, I like Platinum better.

Wizards compounds are REALLY good. My favs. Finish cut, similiar to 3M's Swirl Remover and Turbo Cut, similiar to ScratchX.

I use several of the Wizard products and am quite pleased.

I would agree with Dale that their line of levelers/cleaners are very good. They break down easy and give the paint a real nice pop. Their QD is also very nice and slick. I still prefer the Clear Pearl though.

The bad thing about the Wizard stuff is the price gouging the paint and body supply houses charge. I can buy direct from the distributor but then I have to buy by the case.

I will probably stop using the Wizard line only because I am getting "product overload" and I am trying to stream line my product line.
