With SSR 2.5 and a PC...should I use an orange or white pad?

I clayed my Cobra yesterday, and I'm gonna start a new process over the next 2 months so it looks perfect in spring. I bought an orange, white and a blue pad for my PC. I clayed the entire car, now I'm gonna hit it with SSR 2.5....so which pad should I use?

really depends on the paint's condition...but first guess would be orange (light-cutting pad). when i used the SSR line i typically used my orange LC pads w/ 2.5 and the white with SSR-1 for final polishing.

How bad are the swirls you are dealing with. I always start out with the least aggressive pad and then work my way up. If you have moderate swirls then go with the 2.5 and an orange pad. Then do you final polish with the Poorboys SSR1 or equivalent.
