It really makes you wonder, just what they were thinking :nono If the brakes can't stop the car on the ice, how do they think that they can :nono
 
just another reminder why i moved out of st paul, i know that street with the hill and almost every ice storm it was on the news

Makes you wonder if they would jump out of the car going down the interstate at 70 miles per hour if the car went out of control.
With that kind of crash avoidance exercise, the car manufacturers could eliminate air bags and reduce the price of a new car

It kind of reminded me of the after Christmas sale crowds with the people trying to be first in line. They aren't about to let something like a 50 car pile-up stop them. I didn't see the Wal*Mart sign anywhere, though. :)

Absolutely pathetic. All they had to do was to take their feet OFF of the brake pedal so they could steer around the stopped car. Additionally, I would downshift to the lowest gear. This works wonders.

That woman is pure crazy. I hope she is no one's mom.

I would like to see how the police write that up. I would fine the heck out of them, PLUS if I was the insurance company I would not cover it due to the fact they left the vehicle while in motion--talk about idiots!!!

HAHA I saw that on the news last week. They said 28 cars collided at that spot!
Yeah I couldn't believe that moron that jumped out. It's not like she would have hit her head on the dash or something...she was going what--10mph?
