can you put sealant or wax or polish on you're winshiedl?? inside part outside part??

same queston for headlight???

what wax, sealant ploish would you recommend that won't cause smearing on winshield if that's possible.

what pad are you using (udm) same pad as you would for waxing the car blue or black lc pads??

Yes, and its recommended. However, I don't think there'd really be a point to using it on the inside.

Most any LSP used on paint works fine on glass, although IMO a sealant is better for the task. Plenty of people use Collinite 845 with great results, though. So it doesn't have to be ONLY sealants.

Personally, I use Rain-X. Yes, yes... I know. But hey, it works for me! Has yet to fail me.

I have used regular RainX windshield washer fluid (orange stuff) on all of my windows (House included) for 7 or 8 years (at least). I have spray bottles of it everywhere. :) . I even use it to detail my engine compartment. and clean door jambs etc. I find that the longer you use it the better and easier it cleans. Obviously it sheds water also. After 102K miles on my 01 Sentra my windshield is in excellent condition. Zero scratches.

My wife was skeptical about house windows..but even she will agree it is the best window cleaner..period (for us anyway)
