COME AT ME BRO
Just wanted to express my feelings about the customer service over at Winner's Circle Detailing. Mr. Regan is a class act. I needed some Cyclo pads and a couple of MF towels. He Emailed me stating that I had overpaid on the shipping by a couple of dollars, so to make up for it he ran it down to the post office and got it shipped out priority right before they closed. I just thought it was very nice of him to personally inform me about it.
Just wanted to share a positive experience - it's too often that people overlook the positives and when an isolated bad thing happens, they spread the word like wildfire.
It's really amazing the customer service we get from folks like Dwayne, Mr. regan, and others in the detailing world. It just seems like you can't get help so many times now, that when you do get great service, it makes you feel like they appreciate your business.
