window claying?

I have done the windshield when nothing else seemed to work. It cleaned up quite well.

I have clayed windows before to remove some stubborn bugs and sap. Just use it like you would on paint- lots of lube. You may get some clay residue leftover on the glass but that can be cleaned up with a light polish or glass cleaner.

Some are gonna crindge... I already feel it, but I find razor blades or the white scrubber pads (those found in the tint industry) work best on glass; not to mention more economical.

I know quite a few people that prefer razor blades on glass. I haven't needed to clay windshields or glass because the glass restorer that I use works pretty well.

I used to clay but I found that the Mr. Clean Magic Eraser is far superior on glass, it's amazing how well it works!

I do the same as well...not that I don't think that clay isn't a good solution as well...the razor cuts about anything that is on the surface pretty quick!

i clay my windows and to me, it leaves a better finish than washing my windows with a window glass cleaner and wiping the window down.
