Will Clear Film Hide Minor surface Scratching?

A few years ago I had Llumar clear film installed on my bumper. When they were cleaning the bumper with alcohol I noticed some light minor scratching. The guy told me don't worry once the clear is on it you won't even see it. To my amazement once the clear film was laid over the bumper it was so glossy and I couldn't see any of the minor surface scratches.



Now... I recently had my headlights polished out. In my opinion I don't think the guy did a very good job. I can still see some minor surface scratching on the headlight surface. I am having venture Clear Shield installed on them tomorrow. My question is the venture sheild going to mask these tiny scratches since it's so glossy and reflective just as it did when put on red paint for my bumper?

Venture Shield does a fantastic job of filling in minor surface scratches. If the guy left too many wetsanding scratches in your headlights, it might be difficult to hide.

^John how difficult would you say it is to install the venture shield pre-cut product for a newb? Is it worth the installation price to find someone with prior experience?
 
This Venture shield stuff is amazing. It hid all the minor surface scratches! I think it's worth the money for the professionals. I used Primere Auto Group in fremont, CA. They did a fantastic job and typically work on 70k+ cars daily.
