will alcohol remove aquapel?

I've been looking into getting PIAA silicone wipers, but I noticed that the installation instructions say to go over your windshield with the supplied cleaner packet thing (essentially an alcohol-soaked wipe, I think). I also have aquapel on my windshield; I'm wondering if the alcohol will harm the aquapel, since it's a polymer.

Anyone know?

FWIW~ I use the PIAA wipers but didn't use the wipe-on, wipe-off alchol wipe provided, I figured if I did use it it would wear off eventually anyway so their performance can't rely on it (and anyway when it comes to alchol it's not good for paintwork right, so when it comes to alchol it''s used for me not the car) LOL

Experience unshared; is knowledge wasted…/

I don't know about removing the Aqualpel but rubbing alcohol / water is used to remove Zaino. The reason they want you to use the Alcohol on have a nice squeaky clean surface to wipe on so they look like they are wayyyyyy better than what you took off. Rubbing Alcohol isn't going to hurt your paint used in moderation. Matter of fact alcohol/water is what is recommended to remove Menzerna Intensive Polish and is also used to remove fillers from SMRs when inspecting your progress.
