Wife’s new Tiguan, untouched by dealership, thank you!

We just purchased this last week in stone blue metallic. An interesting color as it looks anything from grey to blueish to greenish. Thankfully it was just off the truck and not touched other than removing the cover from the factory. Got to do all the fun stuff this weekend. A few water spots on the roof and hood, but other than that, not even a factory sand mark! Correction on the roof and hood done with Griot’s fast correction cream on a white fast correction pad, polishing done with Griot’s perfecting cream on a yellow perfecting pad. Baked with the IR lamp and they did come back! So same process again took care of it. Remaining panels done with Griot’s perfecting cream on a yellow perfecting pad. Finished up with Modesta Primer. All done with the 21, as I’ve not received my new 16 yet. Paint coated with Modesta BC04, all that plastic trim with Modesta trim coating. All glass with Modesta glass and wheels with Modesta BCO6 with the airbrush. Final wipe after curing under IR lamp with Modesta M1. Thank you for looking!

Nice color. It’s great that manufacturers are stepping away from black, white, red finally. It’s a shame VW stopped making diesels though. Diesels can be clean, a whole different topic.
