Why aren't you using Zymol ?

From what i have been reading this Zymol is about the most expensive wax you can buy but I don't hear much about it on here. Just seen an artical where it sells for $475.00 for a small jar of the stuff. Is it really that good! If it is I would think that more of you rich guy's would be using it.

Also would like to know if the Zymol I seen on the shelf in the light blue bottle at the Nappa Auto parts store is the same company .It's spelled the same way. It wasn't cheap but it didn't cost $475.00 either ! :bawling:

i also dont think its the most expensive stuff you can buy, btw scooter i got your package sealed and having the wife send it out first thing in the morning, ill send you the tracking via instant message when done.

The Napa Zymol is just an example of name branding. Its like those Bacardi Silvers or the new McCulloch chainsaws, an inferior product sold using a company's name/good reputation but private labeled by someone else (no offence to Silver drinkers).

Thanks Guy's, The only reason I thought it was the most expensive was because that's what I was told by an old timer. Regardless of if it is or not it's to much for my wallet,Lol. Mike

Yes, the high end lines are supposed to be great, but there also other high $ waxes out as well. I imagine with any of them, should be quite the wax! I have a smaple of a $180 wax and it is great, but I'm a poor teacher and can;t afford to buy them I did just splurge on Souveran though!

Compare..........if you dare!

Seriously, it comes down to what makes sense vs. your results against what you've been using before, other highly touted lsps, and one of many Zymol choices. There are a lot of lsps on the market, and many of them promise excellent results. You or anyone will only be able to determine whether a Zymol is the right product for your car by doing a live comparison to see if the Zymol will outperform a competing wax.

So...yes, compare if you dare!

unless Zymol can quarantee a concours winner and put serious money in your pocket it's an overpriced marketing scam for people with more money than brains

Have you tried a Zymol? Do you really know for sure whether its a scam or not? What were your results like? What did you compare it with? Do you have comparison photos or notes? I'd like to hear some of your experiences using Zymol.

SEARCH, my friend. There's plenty of info and opinions about Zymol on this site! :)

Nothing against your suggestion but If everyone searched for opinions and answers then this site would and others would die. Old opinions are just that, old opinions and it's nice to hear what others have to say about a product. That's why I get tired of people telling someone to search for an answer.

Thanks for the info guy's and if I ever hit the lotto I will give it a try and post my findings here :hifive:

haha you got to read this

this is a review from amazon.com about the Zymol Royale Glaze:

Not as effective as advertised., May 8, 2006

Reviewer: alphajesse - See all my reviews

This wax was much too soft, and not nearly sticky enough. Despite several dozen attempts, this wax was completely unable to assist in hair removal, and irritated the skin of my most sensitive areas.

The one thing that this product does get right, though, is that it smells fabulous. The scent puts one in the mood to get a wax done, too bad it doesn't deliver the smooth, silky skin I expect.

Was this review helpful to you?

no, but you get lifetime refills..not that that makes it worth it.

 Well I'm 60 with a bad heart and other problems so I figure there is no way I can come out ahead even with a lifetime supply. I wish I could get a hold of just enough of this stuff to try it on my 01 Tacoma. No one would ever believe that I had wax that cost that much on my little pickup truck :bigups It would also be great to compair the shine to my Duragloss :buffing: Mike

Zymol is good but a lot of other waxes are also good but at a much cheaper price. There is a lot of oil in Zymol so it will have a super shine but wont last that long . Only there most expensive wax gives free refils. The Zymol that you see in Wal-Mart,K-Mart and most auto parts stores is made by Turtle Wax of Zymol ingredients.
